Huge potential, disappointing

This course is just outside of east Regina in a community called Emerald Park. This course has so much potential, but is not well maintained. The sand bunkers are basically dirt bunkers, the greens were patchy and don't even get me started on hole 17. This course has the bones to be a top tier course as it is surrounded by a nice community with a new(ish) club house that is really nice. They just don't spend the money on making the course a great place to golf. The costs are pretty reasonable as a result, so not a bad place to have a tune-up round but if you are expecting a high level experience, you won't find it here.
