Tailgate Tuesday May 6th-10th Truist Championship

Truist’s at Quail Hollow Club again this week (May 6–10). Small field, no cut, big purse. Feels like guys just getting warmed up for  the PGA Championship.

It's a tough track. It’s long, those par 4s are no joke, and the Green Mile at the end can mess things up quick. Miss in the wrong spots and you will be in trouble. Usually takes like 10–16 under to win.

Rory McIlroy is around +500 plus and yeah… not surprising here. Cameron Young just won the Cadillac Championship and  he’s in the +850 range. Xander Schauffele around +1200, is always in the mix. Ludvig Åberg +1600-ish, adds some good value for a pick. Then Patrick Cantlay, Tommy Fleetwood… are capable as well.

Anyway, should be solid. Good course, good players, see who’s dialed before next week and brings home the money.
