Spornia SPG-8 Golf Practice Net

By Paige Weare

The Spornia SPG-8 is a strong, large net that makes home practice easy with ball return and solid durability. Setup can take some practice, and it won’t catch every bad shot, but it’s a great option if you use it often.

Spornia SPG-8 Golf Practice Net

The Spornia SPG-8 is one of the more complete home practice nets you can get. The 8x8x8 size with the sloped roof gives you enough space to hit every club, including driver, without feeling restricted. That extra height matters if you practice indoors or in a garage, since you don’t have to worry as much about hitting too high.

It performs well during real practice. The impact screen handles shots cleanly and keeps noise down, and the ball return system feeds the ball back to your feet so you can keep hitting without stopping. The materials feel strong and hold up over time, even with frequent use. It also works well with launch monitors, so you can build out a full simulator setup if you want.

There are a few downsides. Taking it down can be tricky at first, and it might take a few tries to get used to folding it properly. It also won’t catch every off line or badly struck shot, since the sides and top are not fully enclosed. The price is higher than basic nets, but it makes sense if you plan to use it a lot.
