Self service golf simulator experience

My usual spot was all booked up so I want to this place instead. This is a self service experience which is becoming more popular. The experience was pretty smooth, you receive a code to open the door before your tee time. From there you find your bay and get started. The tech was good, it was Trackman but I didn't like the manual teeing and ball retrieval. I also wasn't as happy with the overall vibe in there. It just felt like a dark warehouse experience. While I didn't have any incidents with other players, it just felt a bit off knowing there was no attendees onsite. As a result, there were no amenities available. So ultimately, nothing wrong with this place, but it just didn't have that welcoming appeal.
